Sales Exec needed ***

Sales Executive (2 positions)

1- Cupertino, CA (Bay Area), USA
2- Ottawa, Canada

This position will report to Vice President of Sales and respectively be
responsible for managing all aspects of sales in Western / Eastern United
States and Canada. This sales and management effort will require strong
business development skills as well as technical sales and major account
management capabilities. Direct experience developing business and managing
IC sales is required.

- Responsible for coordinating strategic account plans for securing design
wins at target customers.
- Establish relationships with target account management personnel and
facilitate exec level relationships with executives
- Must manage all aspects of the business related to customer sales,
service, and revenue.
- Establish and manage a detailed business forecast.
- Individual must have high integrity and must be trustworthy.
- Must be self motivated and an independent contributor.
- Good management and team skills - able to work with all departments.
Timely, regular and straightforward communication with rest of the company
is a must.
- Ability to "work the front lines" as well as higher level relationships.
This is as a very "hands on" sales and account management effort.
- Must have strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Minimum 5 years IC sales experience in Consumer Electronics industry is
essential.
- Excellent negotiator and proven track record of closing deals.
- Specific technical domain knowledge in digital audio is preferred.
- Highly proficient at strategic account planning and management.
- Startup working experience is desirable.
