Manager of Clinical Drug Trial Monitors
Our client in the Montreal area requires a Clinical drug trials research
site manager to monitor and oversee the work and conduct of CRAs at
various trial sites. The work includes a variety of Research in all Drug
Phases, which are being monitored for several therapeutic areas
including Gastrointestinal, Central Nervous System, and Oncology as well
as others.
Responsibilities:
Directly manage clinical site staff: approximately ten CRA's and an
administrative assistant.
Responsible for obtaining feedback from monitors and promoting
positive relationships with trial subjects and clinic staff.
Overall responsibility that GCP, GLP and SOP's are adhered to.
Coordinate regional monitor activities to optimize resources
Supervise collection of all regulatory documentation and preparation
of Regulatory and Study binders.
Supervise clinical report forms collection.
As Client Liaison, present to clients in discussions and meetings and
report to upper management and clients on study status.
Provide general and project specific training to clinical research
associates.
Monitor trials as needed.
Salary - $85-$95K plus 17% bonus plus car, lap top, phone, etc.
