Lab Technician needed ***

Lab Technician / technologist (Ottawa - full time preferred / contract a
possibility)

Experience required:
.. 5+ years experience setting up / supporting / maintaining an engineering
lab for (ideally) a company developing AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies for
the computing (PC/server) market.
.. Working knowledge of low-voltage, high-current power electronics and
magnetic is important.
.. Lab technician experience for the ASIC market would be an asset

Skills Required:
.. Excellent lab skills
.. Setup, test and configure engineering lab
.. Work closely with engineering team in resolving internal and external
product issues
.. Install and configure hardware and software
.. Experience with Windows and UNIX (Solaris) would be an asset
.. Experience with hardware design tools would also be an asset
.. Work with third party vendors
.. Being well organized, good communication skills
